After all these years, many babies, families, maternity and creative shoots happening in our lounge room in a cramped space, but making do, we bit the bullet went out and borrowed to renovate our double garage downstairs.
All I can say is I am so pleased with the outcome, we put a lot of blood, sweat and tears intro this project, Hubby did a lot of painting and a lot of work, we laid the pavers over the easter long weekend, and now I have a space that i love, and I would love to meet many more families with their new additions to the studio, the space is light and airy, comfortable for families, we have a space outside for Mum or Dad to have a break as the studio is heated for newborns and can get quite warm, I have bottles of water available for you in the studio and some toys for older kids to play with.
For anyone concerned I am fully vaccinated as well as all of my children and Hubby and any assistants that ever come in are vaccinated. The studio is cleaned regularly and after each session.
All maternity gowns are supplied to wear in studio, newborns outfits, hats, tiebacks etc. are all sullied in studio as well as all props. Newborn safety is a must and a lot of images are captured as composites, meaning your baby is photographed on a safe posing prop and then photoshopped into the digital background that was captured earlier to purchased.
Pics below from just after we cleaned the garage out to now. (oh and excuse my little helper who couldn’t help himself dancing, rolling around on the new floor and trying to scare people from the storeroom)
